Robyn Anderson recommends tracking your work in 20-minute intervals over three days to find what to automate. Start with Make.com, skip automations that feel fake like AI-generated LinkedIn posts, and pick the platform that fits your skill level.
Before you start building automations.
And AI.
Workflows.
Do these three things.
Number one, identify the purpose. This sounds.
Like it's pretty simple, but you'd be surprised how many people don't do this.
I suggest taking.
Three days and I want you to.
Set a timer.
For 20 minutes. Every 20 minutes.
Write down what you're.
Doing for your business.
After three days.
Of this, you can.
Look through the list.
And see what.
Sort of things are.
Actually going to help you with automation. Number two.
Just because you.
Can doesn't mean you should.
Don't go out there and create all.
Of these automations that will post on your LinkedIn, your social, your blog posts connect with your.
Contacts that seem.
Inauthentic.
I created one.
I learned this the hard way. I created one for LinkedIn and all of a sudden I looked at my LinkedIn page and I was like, oh.
Gross, this is.
AI gunk. And, and everybody could tell.
Number three, learn the platforms.
That have training.
The top three platforms I suggest are.
Make.Com, n8n and Zapier. And if you're a beginner, beginner, start in make.com.
If you're more intermediate, go.
To N8N because you can do some really amazing things.
And then Zapier.
Is really more for like connecting.
Different platforms. So give those three a look and.
