People are always asking me whether they should use ChatGPT or Claude. For me, I still use both, I have to say. But it's also my job to understand the AI tools, so I have subscriptions to everything. But for ChatGPT, I really like the overall user interface. I also really like custom GPTs, and I don't think that's something that Claude has that's similar. So in ChatGPT, you can explore this like app store of custom GPTs, and I find those to be super helpful. Where in Claude you have skills, projects, and you can also do tasks. So I really like to use those as well. What I've been training people to do is actually choose one to be your digital twin, your strategist. It's your partner, the one that you're actually really putting all of your time into, whereas you can then use the other large language models like ChatGPT or Gemini kind of as your consultants and use them ongoing for different needs. But when it comes to making big decisions in your business or understanding your systems, your products, your offers, go ahead and pick just one large language model. And if your budget allows, go ahead and have subscriptions to the other, but think of them as consultants.
