Hi, my name is Jam and I teach women how to be high performers. These are my stalkers over here, don't mind them. Today I just want to talk about a quick tip that I do every day to help me stay organized. As a mom, a wife, a business development director, and a CEO of a company, I have a lot going on. And when I first wake up, I grab a pen and a paper and I write down every little thing I need to do. And it could be everything from taking stuff out of the laundry to creating a presentation for tomorrow. Whatever it is, big or little, I add it. I then snap a quick picture of it, upload it into ChatGPT, and I say, based on everything you know about me, I would like you to organize this list based on urgency and impact. I'd like you to create time blocks for my day, and I also want you to highlight quick wins high impact, and things I may need to delegate. Go ahead and give it a try. See if it helps you and let me know in the comments.
