This one mistake could cost you $51,744. It's super serious, and if you're using AI, you're going to want to know what this is. The Federal Trade Commission finalized a comprehensive law in October of 2024, so a while ago, saying you cannot have AI-generated fake reviews on your website. That means if you see somebody with fake reviews on their website and they have 10 of them, that's $51,744 times 10. It all comes down to just being like legit. Yes, AI is out there. And don't create fake people saying that they're enjoying your product when they never really have. So be honest, be cool, and use AI the right way.
