I'm going to tell you one thing that'll change the way that you work, and it is creating skills. So in this, uh, challenge for Club Jam this month, We are all creating skills that are our little interns. So I told everybody to go figure out who their ideal intern would be and what they would do, and now we're all going to design skills to do that intern's job. At the end of the month, instead of a cash prize, we're going to all exchange our interns. So we're all going to have each other's interns that we could customize for our own business.
