Robyn Anderson builds a lightweight AI agent called Caroline Manzo that emails her daily family task summaries. She uses ChatGPT voice mode to interview herself about her kids while driving, feeds the notes into Claude Code to create markdown files in Obsidian, then connects it to email. The whole setup takes minutes and handles family logistics so she can focus on work.

You're doing too much. Let me show you a super simple way to create an AI agent that actually runs your personal life. If we haven't met yet, my name's Jam and I teach non-technical small business owners, coaches, consultants, and sales and marketing professionals how to use real AI at work to make more money and save more time. Okay, so let's get into this. I dropped my kids off at camp today and I was just racing with all the things that I have to do. I know if you're a parent in the summertime, you're feeling it too. So what I did is I created an agent as I do with all agents. I started by having a conversation or writing stuff down. Because I was driving, I turned on ChatGPT voice mode and I just said, hey, I want you to interview me about my kids, who they are, what they're doing, and I need to create an agent to help me this summer. So on my 15-minute drive home, it interviewed me, I answered questions. When I got home, I got that document from ChatGPT. I threw it into Claude Code, and I said, hey, I need you to log into my Obsidian vault, and I want you to create an AI agent that runs my family. And so it uploaded that document, took it over to my Obsidian vault where all of my agents live, and now I have working MD files that Claude can reference. And my email's connected. So every day I'm getting a message from Caroline Manzo. She's the name of my family AI agent, and she's giving me an overview of what I need to do every single day to stay on top of things for the kids in the family. Because if you have that part nailed down, then you can focus on work and actually get stuff done. If this is helpful for you, give me a follow. I'm going to be going into depth of how I'm setting up Obsidian, my files, my agents, and really making it easy for you.
