I'm trying to become more routine oriented. So let me tell you how I prepare for, like a big presentation or if I have a keynote or workshop. Here are the things I do before. So I feel 100 ready. When I get on stage or turn the cameras on, I have them written down, see? Okay, so number one is like, work out and then sit in the sauna. So I'm not good at sweating and I'm kind of a lazy worker outer. So that's why I need a sauna situation. But I think the big thing is like, sweat. Like, make yourself sweat. And then I meditate, and my meditation is about how I will feel after I'm done with whatever I'm doing and the best possible outcome has happened from that thing. So I envision that 30 minutes after, and I'm like, oh, I'm so grateful. I can't believe this happened. And, you know, I met these people. Whatever that scenario is that I want to happen, I'll envision it and make myself feel like it already happened. And then this is a fun one and it's new. I've been talking to my water because I saw a video on how water is alive and it's a living organism and we're 85% water. And whatever you say to it, you can drink it. And then that message goes into your body. And you know what? Why not just try? That doesn't hurt. Water is good for you. Anyway, so I had to talk with my water and then a shower. And then the most important part is watch, like a reality TV show while you get ready or do something that's not related to whatever it is that you're about to do because you should take your mind off of it and chill out. So that's what I do. And I also realized I'm not really nervous anymore. I just get really excited. So. So hopefully it goes well. And if you are joining me on my score webinar at 11:00am Mountain Time today, I'll see you there.
