How I Use AI to Automate Content Creation - Step-by-Step (FULL GUIDE)

Robyn Anderson walks through building a customer-journey map with AI tools, then repurposing a blog post into emails using Club Jam prompts. Manus produced the most detailed map, ChatGPT made simplified tables, and Claude pulled from existing files. Keep everything in one session and paste your brand voice doc to stay consistent.

Okay. I absolutely love this module, and I think you will, too. I just want to preface this with, you know, I think a lot of people think that AI is a quick and easy solution. And what I'm about to show you is not quick. It is easy, I think, but it's not quick. And what we're trying to do here is we're going to take content that we've already created, because I know all of you have blogs and emails and social media posts and lots of things that you've been working on for a long time, but maybe it's not quite representing your brand. And also you wrote that a long time ago, maybe it was awesome. But you want to repurpose. I want to show you what I call strategic content mapping. And I'm going to take even a step backwards. And we're going to start with the customer journey mapping aspect of it because I think it's really important to understand where your client's coming from, where your prospects are coming from, what sort of problems are they experiencing, and most importantly, what sort of questions are they asking. And I think that's so important so that you can build your content answering those questions. So let's get into it. I'm going to use a couple tools in this example, but you can use whatever you want and you don't have to do all of this. But I just kind of wanted to show you this fun way to explore who your customer is and how we can talk to them. So, first of all, I jumped into Manus and I already did this because it takes a little bit. So back in our workbook, sorry, we're here in module two, and we're just going to copy this prompt. Okay. And we're going to go in and just paste in the prompt. And then all I did was I attached my JAM AI Club JAM setup document, or your business blueprint. It's that document that you created in the AI Fundamentals, AI Foundations. What am I talking about? All right, so Manus is really cool if you skipped that module just real quickly. It is an agentic AI, which means that you give it a job and it'll actually go out and research on its own. So it'll take its own initiative and go do things without you telling it directly where and what it should be doing. So based on this prompt, it and this information about my business, it created a customer journey map for. For Jam AI and specifically Club jam. This goes through and it tells you kind of what it learned, and then it tells you what it's Going. And then it went ahead and created my customer Journey map. It looked like this, which was kind of hard to read. So I did throw it into a Word document. But basically it was pretty cool because it went over content calendar strategy. It went over like, what are people asking? What are they afraid of? Why would they not sign up? What are they looking for? It's really, really in depth. I highly suggest you try this. Manus is free. It takes a little while, so just go make a coffee while you wait. I also wanted to go to ChatGPT. Close your eyes. I'm gonna go to the very top. And I wanted to try it free version style. So I just used the prompt directly from the workbook along with my setup document. I'm not using any fancy GPTs. And I actually really liked what it. What it kicked back here in this table format. And I didn't ask it to, but I thought it was really great. Again, it broke up this content, really easy to understand. Gave me the content breakdown and yeah, so I thought that was cool. I also did it in Claude just because. Why not, right? So let me close this. I thought it was interesting because I'm actually in a project folder and I put in the prompt and then it asked me about my business. So I ended up uploading the setup document anyway and it went ahead and developed the same kind of thing. Customer Journey map. Again, I think this is easier to read sometimes, but I'm going to say Manus had the most information. Chat GPT, I think had the most simplified information. And this was thoughtful, but also it was pulling from my project as well, so I'm not going to put it in the running. Okay, so the next step is where it gets kind of fun. I know you all have access to our Club Jam prompts, so you can go ahead and find one of these, the content mapping prompts. And I just grabbed this email sequence one and I just went ahead and copied it. And what it's asking you to do is find some sort of content that you've already created and then it's going to transform that into an email sequence. So I went to our blog and grabbed this 1. How AI wrote my client's entire sales funnel in two hours. And all I did was pop that link into my prompt and it went ahead and created my sales funnel series. And I actually thought it was great. Again, I think Chat GPT won on this one. I'll show you what Claude did as well. So it gave me a little series which I really liked. I noticed though, we just did all that work on our brand and this was not using our brand voice. So I came back and I said, hey, based on my customer journey map that Manus created, because why not? That was a lot of great information, along with Club Jam's voice consistency document, which is just what I copied and pasted from our module one. So I went ahead and added that and it rewrote it using my entire brand and information about the customer journey. So this sounds a lot more like us. Looks like us uses the emojis that we've approved of. You know, they're not so abrasive in the way that it's talking. The last one said like the word sucked and stuff, which we wouldn't. Well, we would say sometimes, but not in the way that it did. So that's how you go through module two again. The big thing is copy and paste and keep this information so that you can continue to build upon it. The last thing is going ahead and creating content pillar development. I didn't do that one yet, but just go ahead and copy and paste it and plop it in right after your last prompt. It's best if you could do these modules all in one sitting so that your GPT that you're using doesn't forget the context. Okay, so post in the community, let me know what you think of this, and I'm excited to see what you all come up with. See you in the next one.
