Hi, everybody, and welcome to creating your brand voice. This is a super important module and I hope that you spend some time actually digging into it. Your voice actually is worth millions and really all you have to do is follow through and just claim it. Today, we're going to give you, step by step, the frameworks, tools and strategy. And then I'll also show you how I built ours in Claude with, with the prompts in the workbook. So let's get started. Just a little bit of background about why this is important. And I know you know this, but when you sound like everyone else, the only thing you have to compete on is price, and that's not good for most people, especially small business owners. The other thing I wanted to point out is that we can all tell when people are using AI to write their copy now, and I should say untrained AI, because you can tell that chatgpt and Claude, they all give this very specific voice and say words that just don't necessarily seem like they're personable. So today we're going to go through a very awesome prompting guide and we're going to come up with your exact brand DNA. So let's make sure that you're getting out of that trap of being generic in vanilla. I've worked with a ton of coaches and consultants and small businesses, and one of the biggest questions that they're asking is how can I stand out in a sea of other experts? Or how can I stand out as a small business owner selling ceramics when there's 15 others in my neighborhood that do the same? And the big thing is brand. So, for example, I had a client of mine that was a parent coach, and her website was pretty much just forgettable. Her voice was vanilla on paper. It didn't sound anything like her and her big personality. So in just four months we used this system and she developed a distinctive voice combining sharp wit, results focused, and her monthly income went up quite a bit just because people were starting to feel like it was actually her coming through in the copy. So we're going to start by the power framework. And the power framework creates voices that are honestly worth millions. It's stuff that we did in agencies that people paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to come up with, let alone implement. So the power stands for Persona, objective, workspace, expectation and requirements. And this really ensures that your voice isn't just different, but it's different in a way that actually drives results custom for you. The first and most important thing is we're going to define your brand as if it was a person. If your business walked into a room, who would they be? What's their age? What's their background? What's their personality? How do they speak? What motivates them? This isn't about creating a fake character. It's really about clarifying the authentic personality already within your business. So in Club Jam, for example, we're calling ourselves Maya and she is a sage. She's wise and experienced, but she's also fun and easy to talk to and she cuts through that industry bs, which I love. Your voice must also have a purpose. So what's the primary goal? What emotional impacts do you want? What actions should people take after hearing from you? And most importantly what business outcomes are the result. So really think about that and context matters. So your voice will operate within a specific industry or competitive landscape and different customer challenges. So a voice for a tech startup wouldn't work for a law firm. So really understanding the workspace and where you show up will help position your brand. So again, the way that we speak in Club Jam, we're creative, we're, we're professional, but we also are here to have some fun and try things out. So for our brand it's, it's okay for us to be a little silly and fun. Whereas one of my clients I'm showing in a couple slides here, he helps business owners who are in the dispensary space who have failing businesses. So he has to be really polished, really, really professional, really educated and can't be that like work bestie that we have. So really you have to make sure who you know who you're speaking to and then again understanding your audience expectations not only about tone, but content, style and how often they hear from you. That's also part of developing your brand. We want to know what your audience expects and then give them that plus a little distance, distinctive twist. A powerful voice also has non negotiables what you must include and what you must never include or say. So as important it is to know what you do sound like, you have to know what you don't sound like. Again, this was for one of our members, Todd, that runs Weedonomics helping dispensary businesses. And so it's really important to him because he wants to connect with people who are in the marijuana business, not the 420 fund type people. So it's really important for him to have these non negotiables. And I could say this is just as important for your business and we would figure that out together. Your brand also must be Consistent but not identical across platforms. So on LinkedIn you could be professional and witty, whereas on Instagram you might want to be more visually led and more supportive. Maybe in your email marketing you want to be more results focused. So different expressions of the same personality across platforms and really make sure that people are recognizing your content without even seeing your name. Don't worry, we have templates for this in Club Jam, and you really need to create one because consistency requires systems. And once you define your voice, you can create templates for every type of content that you produce. Social media posts, emails, sales, conversations, website copy, they all should reflect your voice DNA. And these templates ensure that you sound like yourself throughout each platform. And you also want to have that in a content calendar, so make sure to grab that template. So here's your first plan. We're going to complete the power Framework analysis with the prompts in our workbook and then we'll, we'll figure out our brand DNA. I'm going to run you through how I did it in Claude, but feel free to use Chat GPT or Gemini. You'll see the reason that I use Claude Claude is because I have the paid version and I developed a project folder. Now if you don't have that, don't worry, you can upload your setup documents, all that information about your business into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and then continue the prompts as you go along. So follow me and we'll get into it. All right, so here we are in our Club Jam AI Marketing workbook, and I'm just going to scroll down to module one, Voice, Brand and Personality. And in here you're going to find all the prompts that you need to develop your voice and brand and your brand DNA. So make sure you go through these one by one. And first of all, I'm just, again, I'm in Claude because I have a project set up for my business. But if you didn't already, go back to, to the build your AI business blueprint in AI Foundations, and you can create your business blueprint, which is what we used to call the setup document. And what it is is it'll be a PDF all about your brand and business that you can upload into your chat along with this prompt. So either do that or if you're a paying member of ChatGPT or Claude, go ahead and use your, your paid GPT like a custom GPT or a project. So I went through and I actually did this all already and I'm going to walk you through it just so we don't have to wait and watch it create stuff. So I went through this one by one and I want you to do the same thing. So again, I'm in a project that's already trained on my brand. And so I just went in and I put in this prompt and it's giving me my brand personality profile, which was really fun. The sage 70% really helping others learn and grow and then the everyman 30%. And it's really about creating a belongingness and community. So I thought this was perfect. It really nailed it. So we're the sage everyman, the wise best friend. And really this aligns with us perfectly. I would love to see what yours comes up with and if you want to post it in our community, that would be awesome. So it really shows us our voice. Brand in action gives us brand example people. Remember we talked about if your brand showed up in the room, who would it be? So ours is a mix of these three people. So Amy Porterfield, Brene Brown, and Marie for Leo, which I don't know who she is. So I need to do some research. So again, implementation checklist, it comes up with all this cool stuff on how we should start to communicate. So then all I had to do was enter the next prompt. So I went back to my workbook and I just found the second prompt. So help me create my unique voice DNA with specific percentages. Because I'm already in the conversation, I don't need to fill it out. So I just went ahead and plopped it in there and Claude shows me its thought process, which is pretty cool, I won't bore you with that. And then it came up with our voice formula and examples. So again, more language examples. And guys, with all of this, you're going to want to copy it and save it. So in my, I'm using Google Drive, but you could be using Notebook LM or whatever else, wherever else you. Maybe just the folder on your desktop. You want to copy all of this and save it because we're going to be using it in other aspects of our AI training and brand development. So copy all of that. And then I just, I wanted to see what would happen if I changed some of the information around. So I asked it to name it and that prompt is in the workbook as well. So now our brand, the actual person that shows up to the room, her name is Maya. And I'm going to show you why this becomes important. So really it gives this whole big who is Maya? How does she speak? How does she show up? How does she write? What platforms? Does she say what on? So it goes on and on and on. And here's the cool thing is now I have all of this in a document and I've trained one of my project folders on just our brand. And so now just like this says, before we publish any content, I go through and say can you rewrite this in the tone of Maya or does this sound like Maya said that? And so now I don't have to go go in and rewrite things or you know, change them for different tones for different platforms because it has this. So go ahead and give it a try, please. In our community, share both who is your brand person, what's their name and how do they show up and share anything else that you may have found valuable from this module. I'm so excited to see what you create. See you in the next one.
