In this candid YouTube monologue, coach Robyn Anderson reflects on how her work regularly brings clients to emotional tears of relief. She explains that the primary sources of stress she addresses are time and money, and shares a detailed example of a recently bereaved business owner overwhelmed by taxes, estates, and business duties. By introducing the client to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT and teaching her to organize information in Obsidian—a platform‑agnostic note‑taking system—Robyn dramatically reduces the client’s confusion and workload, prompting a tearful response. She emphasizes that such emotional breakthroughs happen weekly for coaches who solve deeply stressful problems, and expresses genuine enthusiasm for the impact of her coaching.

I didn't realize how many people I would make cry while I do my job. And today it happened again. It actually happens pretty much, mm, I'd say half the time I make people cry on our calls. But I realized the reason is because I'm helping people save time and money, which are the two most stressful aspects of our lives. So the woman I met with today, her mother died like two months ago. She's running her business. She has a couple different properties. Her husband's trying to retire and everything's just falling on her. She has to do all of their taxes. She has to figure out her parents' estates. She had to plan their memorial. And then on top of that, she's running a pretty successful business and she has to stay up to date with her clients. And today I showed her, her big thing was like, I use Claude and ChatGPT and, and, and. And she's having trouble being organized. And so I showed her how to use Obsidian as a file structure, and then that way she can be platform agnostic and continue to build in her agents no matter where she's working. Just that one thing brought tears to her eyes because she said she's going back and forth and back and forth all the time through these platforms, getting confused, making messes. And it was just that one thing that took so much off her right? And I'm telling you, like, this happens every week. So if you're a coach and you're helping somebody with a concept or part of their life that's extremely difficult and you actually fix it, of course you might get some tears. I guess I didn't know to expect that, but I really like it. I love what I do.
