Hi, my name is Robyn Anderson and I'm the CEO of Jam AI. I've been helping small business owners use AI for the past 5 years. Basically, I'm the OG of AI, but before that, I've spent almost 2 decades inside marketing agencies helping small businesses grow. I love what I do and I'm so excited because I've decided to go all in on GoHighLevel, and I'm doing it for a couple reasons. Number 1, I've touched so many different CRMs, POS systems, email marketing tools. There are just so many out there and it is so overwhelming as a small business owner to know which one to use for what. And then there's all these little things. And especially now with AI, there's, you know, chatbots, voice bots, automation tools. We're talking about simple things like a Typeform. Well, we can get rid of all of those other platforms with GoHighLevel. So I'm gonna show you how I'm getting set up in GoHighLevel because I'm new at it, but I've been using this stuff for so long, and of course I'm an expert in AI. So I'm going to use Claude to help me get set up in GoHighLevel, and I'm gonna take you along with me. So ready? Let's go. Okay, so let's get started. I'm going to be using Claude. As I mentioned, it's my favorite thing. So I wanna tell you a quick trick. If you haven't used Claude, Chat or Gemini before, you're going to do a quick pause and you're actually going to go in here and you're going to do a prompt that says, hi, I'd love to start using you for more of my business strategy and automation. I would like to be the human in the loop while you run my business. Interview me so you can understand everything about my business, my systems, my operations, my clients, my products, my services, and then we can move on to this next part. So if you haven't done that yet, hit pause, go do that, and come back. All right. For everyone who has been using AI and their AI knows who they are enough, let's start here. The cool thing about using AI alongside your GoHighLevel is it's pretty much like having an assistant and an expert sitting right next to you as you go along and set things up. One of my favorite tips is that you can actually do screenshots And to do a screenshot, you just hold Command+Control+4 on a Mac and this little arrow comes up. Oh, sorry. It's Shift+Command+4. And you can go ahead and do any sort of screenshots. Now that becomes very important because as we go through, we're going to screenshot and send things to Claude. There is a secondary version where you could put Claude in your desktop, which I have right here, and it can actually go in and do things for you. The only difference is right now, and we're in March of 2026, the browser version doesn't have a memory like the, the version here on my desktop. And so I like to have it know who I am and what I'm working on. So that's why I choose to do screenshots instead of directly in my browser. Okay. Well, I kind of wanna know if I'm set up correctly. So I have a few accounts here. Of course, I'm just going to go ahead and ask Claude if I'm set up correctly and how to check, because there's a lot you have to do with getting your domain ready. Warming up your email. So I'm gonna ask it to just help me double check that I've done that right. And then that way I can show you what I did. I use a tool called Whisperflow so I don't have to type. So you'll notice I just hold down a button and I speak. I'd like for you to check and see if I'm all set up in my GoHighLevel account from a configuration standpoint. All right, so it's checking things out right now. It's going through and seeing like, oh, did Did Jamf connect her HighLevel to me, which I don't think I did. So it's just gonna be more of a chat. Yeah. So it's saying I don't have an MCP, so we're just gonna manually walk through it. So that's what I wanna do. Let's do a screenshot audit and walk through it. All right. So now we just kind of wait. So remember, this is your expert. So it's telling us to go to the account settings and just make sure that we have all these things set up. So I'm gonna go over to my GoHighLevel and it said to go to settings and all I'm gonna do is I'm I'm actually going to shrink my screen by hitting Command Minus because it can see a lot more than us. So I have a lot of things that I don't think are set up. See, I have all this stuff. So I'm going to scroll out, zoom out even more, and I'm going to take a screenshot and just see what's going on. So I'll take a few. It'll probably wonder why I'm filming myself in the corner. There we go. So there's that. And I'll scroll back up, make it a little bigger. And my profile, I'm not too worried about all this stuff. Billing, I have that. Let's see, I'd like to go to email services cuz that's very important stuff. So let's hit on this and yeah, it looks like I'm pretty much empty here. So let me just take a screenshot of this and see if this is important. I like to take all my screenshots and upload them at once because then that way it's kind of like giving me a list of things to do. I did go ahead and get a phone number, but I do have something that said it failed. So we'll figure that out. Or it will. And then WhatsApp, I'm not using. Maybe I should though. 3 billion users. Let's ask it if we should do that. All right. Set that up. Okay. Other settings, objects. I might come back to this. This seems a little bit more like settings I should do later. I wanted to just know like kind of the general. So let's start here and I'm going to go ahead and add files and I just go to my desktop. I find like the past few minutes here and here we go. Here are some of my settings. I included an image of the desktop because, or sorry, I included an image of the WhatsApp thing cuz I'm interested about that. All right. All right. So now it's going through each one by one. It looks like I'm mostly good. I have a little flag. My branded domain is empty. Well, let me add that in, right? Let's see. So where were we? Business profile. Branded domain. Let's add it. There we go. Now we're good. Okay. Back to what to do next. Okay. WhatsApp. It says not set up yet. You haven't subscribed. And then again, because I've done my whole interview process, it kind of knows everything about me. And let's see, it says WhatsApp makes a lot of sense if your audience is there. For US small business owners and coaches, it's less common, but if you're working internationally, which I'm not, so I'm going to skip that. Plus, One less thing, right? Okay. And then number 3, phone system. So I did set up my phone system because I do want people to be able to call, and then I'm going to be using an AI voice agent. So let's see here. It looks like I failed something. It says it's a big deal. So it's an FCC requirement. So, so I can have people basically call this number, give it a try, or they can call, but they cannot text yet. So I'm going to have to figure that out. But honestly, I don't have texting as a big part of my marketing funnel right now, so I'm not going to worry about it today. Okay. Email services functional, but not optimized. Optimized. You're using Lead Connector with my domain, but GoHighLevel is nudging you to set up a dedicated sending domain. Since you already use this for Jam AI, you may want to make sure those DNS records are properly configured for clubjam. Click view configuration to verify your dedicated domain DNS records. I think that's very important. So I'm going to go back to email services and Let's see. It says view configuration. Looks like I'm set up okay here. I'm going to take a picture of this because I feel like it's good. Taking a picture there. Oh, shit. Back. Lead connector using blah, blah, blah. Yeah. I just don't think that's important. I'm not doing like huge amounts of emails, like to huge giant lists. I have my subscriber email list of like 11,000 people. And I don't think I'll be doing all of them at once ever because I have them so cut up into different segments. So, okay. I think we're all good there. So this I have to fix. This I fix. This is okay. And I'm gonna hold off on WhatsApp. So what's a common next step in setting up your GoHighLevel profile? You know, we're new. We have to pretend that we're sitting here with our— they're gonna help us. So, okay, we've done that. Done that. I think connecting your calendar would be good. Help me connect my calendar. So you can see here, like, GoHighLevel is obviously super customizable, which is why we like it so much. So that's why you can go ahead and just use this AI to help you build it. It's so much better. So, okay, go to my left sidebar, go to settings. Oh, let's go back. Settings. Okay. And go to connect. Google Calendar calendars. There we go. All calendars. Does it say new calendar? Look for connect Google. All right. Well, let's see. I'll hit new calendar. I think that's more of like a calendar type. Let's see. I think I'm in the wrong spot. I think it's maybe connections. Here we go. Add Google Calendar connect. All right. Now log in here. Like all of you don't have 17 different email addresses. This is normal. All right. So now I'm in here. Which is great because I live and die by my calendar. If it is not on my calendar, I do not show up and it is just something I have to have. So this is great. And let's see, conflict calendars. Excellent. Okay. Check the box on that. Okay. And then I create a calendar. So this is where people could set up a meeting with me. So I like that idea. I could also customize my booking link. So let's go ahead and do that. I'll do a 30-minute. Kind of get to know you meeting if I'm going to do some consulting. So I would do kind of like a one-on-one and we'll call it AI Consulting Chat and we'll keep it 30 minutes. What are these advanced settings? Let's look. I always like a logo. Let's do it. Grab my logo. Here we go. And we'll call it AI Consulting Chat. Why did that not work? I have it in here too. Hello. You know, sometimes it's just not your day. That's just what it is. I know it. All right, let me find my logo. I have so many. There we go. PNG. If that doesn't work, it's just not my day to put a logo in. Okay. What's a group mean? I'm gonna ask Claude. All right. For some reason, when I try to upload my logo, it's not working. Also, what does this mean here on the bottom left? So I don't know if you've been using AI for a while, but if you haven't, even like last year, we had to prompt so specifically to get our answers. And now you literally just talk to it like a friend and it helps you. Oh, okay. Groups. Field with no data is a GoHighLevel feature that lets you bundle multiple calendars together under one shared booking. So if a client could see, for example, book a call with Jam and choose from multiple calendar types. Okay. Discovery call consulting. Right now you have no groups, which is okay. I don't need a group for this, but maybe I will someday. All right. And then let's see, write a description for a 30-minute discovery session for AI consulting. We don't have to write anymore. You have to train your AI and it does it for you. The better you train it, the more amazing these responses are. We can even get different types. Let's see, we'll do this. I like the warm and direct feel. All right, so I'm gonna paste that. Oops, I lost the I. See, I'm the human in the loop. I'm always checking things. It said my logo was too big, but I really don't think it is. I think there's something else going on, so I might have to come back and revisit this. Here's an even smaller version. Let's see. I feel like this is a good place to get started.
