Robyn Anderson walks through a three-step process for non-technical business owners to build AI agents: write agent ideas on paper, upload photos to Claude to generate Markdown files, then store them in Obsidian so Claude can read and write to your vault. She runs seven agents this way and invites viewers to her Club Jam community for more.

In 60 seconds, I'm gonna show you how you can build your agents to run your business using Claude Cowork, Obsidian, and a notebook. If we haven't met yet, hi, my name is Jam. I teach non-technical small business owners, coaches, consultants, and sales and marketing professionals how to use AI to free up more time. So step 1, find a notebook and go to a coffee shop. I want you to write down what agents you want to build in your business. It doesn't have to be a huge list. We're always iterating, iterating. Just start with one or two. Write what the agent will do as well as what it needs to be successful. So content and connections. From there, you're going to snap a photo of each page of your notes and you're going to upload your notes into Claude Cowork. You are going to, going to tell Claude Cowork, I want you to help build my agent force. I want every agent to have its own MD file, and we're going to build them in the Obsidian vault. Now, what is that? It's not as scary as it sounds. Obsidian is what they're calling the second brain, and basically it's a file system that lives on your desktop, in the cloud as well, and Claude can communicate with it and create content for it. If you're like me using Claude nonstop, it's creating tons of documents and files. But they're kind of all over the place, maybe in your Google Drive, in your computer, and this way Claude will file them along to whatever agent needs that information. So if you're creating marketing content, it goes to your marketing agent. Sales content goes to your sales agent. So those are the 3 things that you need to start your agent workforce. I have 7 agents going right now. They work individually, they work together. And all I have to do is tell Claude Cowork what I want to happen. If you like this content, hit follow, and hopefully I can go deeper with you in Club Jam.
