I have no filter on and I'm about to turn 40 in just a few months, which is terrifying to say. I did use ChatGPT to be my esthetician, and over the past few months I've taken its advice and my skin is looking better than ever, and I have to say. So in June I typed in, act as an expert in aesthetics that works specifically with women who are in their 40s. Review this picture and provide a daily and nightly skincare routine to help with fine lines and wrinkles. Provide links to products and services required. And then I upload— uploaded this image of myself. So it came back with this routine, and I've actually been doing it, and it's really, really helped my skin. I've obviously have makeup on because I'm almost 40, so have to, um, but like, I definitely have a glow. My skin's more hydrated and Hopefully I'm fighting some wrinkles. So don't forget that ChatGPT can be your assistant in anything. It could be your esthetician, your therapist, your personal trainer, your doctor, but also go to a real doctor too. All right, follow me for more tips on how to use AI at work and ChatGPT at home.
