On that whiteboard back there, I'm going to show you how you can use AI if you're smart and how people use AI if they're stupid. Ready? Okay, so this is kind of the dumb way to use AI. Like, you just have ChatGPT, you mostly just write emails or like check news, you think you should save prompt libraries or study prompts, you're using it as kind of a search engine, and you have no system. I hope that doesn't sound familiar. The smart way, you're using AI as a source of truth for your business and a strategic partner. You don't freak out about security all the time. Just give it access. Everyone has access to everything all the time of yours anyway. So just do it to help you. You can give it email, calendar, your presentations. You can give it Stripe access with certain limits. Give it your Google Drive. Create your brand standards. Let it know what your brand is. Create skills, do invoices, proposals, research tasks, and reports. Get a browser extension, put it in your browser and use it in your browser. Use other AI tools outside your LLM as contractors. So things like Flotato and Repurpose.io and GoHighLevel. These are all extensions of your business and tools that also have automation. The biggest thing is task automation with Agentic Research. Stop going and doing the things that you have to do every day on your own. And finally, have it interview you. Scroll back to the video I posted just before this to understand that. And if you're using AI like a total dummy, follow me and also join my community. The link is in my bio.
