My AI Social Media Workflow: Brand Files, Editing and Blotato

Robyn Anderson uses Blotato to automate her social media workflow, starting with an AI system that generates nine brand files (offer, persona, voice, pillars, story, design) to guide content. She shoots raw video, edits in Hyperframes, then Blotato handles uploading, captions, scheduling, thumbnails, and finding optimal posting times.

Claude recommended that I use a different platform than Blotato, and I actually followed its suggestion, and I wish I didn't. I'm back with Blotato, and I wanna show you why I love it and what's changed. So when I first started using Blotato, it was suggesting that I do all my content in the platform, and then it would do a lot of like AI video and image generation, which wasn't my jam, but it was fine. It was like 2024. But now I was able to cancel a subscription to another platform and also cancel my subscription to ManyChat because Sabrina has figured out how to do automations in here. So if you come over here, there's this little lightning bolt and it looks like automations here. And then all you do is you set up automations just like you would in these other tools like ManyChat. And it works great. I've tested them, tried them. I also gatekeep, so I make people follow me before they get my free offer or whatever it is, and that works really well. So I'm excited about that. The other thing I'm excited about is obviously the amount of social media platforms that it integrates with, and then also the API. So if you haven't met me yet, my name's Jam and I teach people how to do marketing with AI, and my big thing is the AI marketing machine. So I create something that interviews you and it ends up creating actually 9 different files that live on your computer that explain your offer, your person, your voice, your pillars, your story, your brand, your design, all these things that allow you to make really good content that sounds like you. So let me show you how this is put into action using ChatGPT and Bloatato. So I'm using the desktop version of ChatGPT because I'm not a child. If you're not using the desktop version of ChatGPT or Claude, you need to go do that right now and then come back. The other thing I do is I use Obsidian. So Obsidian is a third-party tool. It's free and it's basically a file system that lives on your computer. So I use Obsidian as my second brain for all of the content that I create for my company and then all of my clients. It helps me stay super organized for whatever I'm working on at the time. It also allows me to be large language model agnostic. So I use both Claude and ChatGPT. And all I do is when I'm working in a project or a chat, I just make sure that I'm pointing it at the right folder in Obsidian. So then whatever it makes, it reads an MD file for my agent that I'm working with. It knows exactly the rules and regulations, and most importantly, it has my marketing machine skill inside of it. So, so my Jam Instagram project is pointed at my Obsidian vault. Specifically for this project. And then inside of that, I have my marketing machine. So when I go in here, all I have to do is upload a raw video. It then edits the video, creates a caption, and goes and schedules it to post. I also had it scrape the internet to see what is the best time of day to post for maximum likes and follows. So you better watch out, I'm about to pop off. It also creates thumbnail images for after it posts. I had to add that because I realized I forgot a lot and it kept just posting me with like my mouth half open. So that's something I added later, but I'm excited to see how that goes. So that's what those little thumbnails look like. Then if I go into Obsidian, you can see my video editing. So I used Hyperframes and ChatGPT, and my style is really just minimal. I don't want a whole lot. I wanted my iridescent ribbon, I wanted my brand standards, but beyond that, I don't have much editing. Other than asking it to cut out silences and pauses. So if you get Bloatato, you have a ChatGPT project or folder that you can train on your specific tone and voice, preferably by using the Marketing Machine, plus you use a connector for Hyperframes, you can have your entire social media project completely automated. Off your hands other than shooting your video and throwing it into the project.
