Robyn Anderson shows how entrepreneurs use Claude to run entire businesses, then compares Claude's browser and desktop apps. The desktop syncs all chats, offers Chat/Cowork/Code modes, and lets you create files locally, turning Claude into a personal AI agent.

Some people are using Claude to run their entire businesses. It's making them money, finding them new clients, posting on social, designing their entire website, and some people are using it like a chatbot. Let me show you the difference between Claude browser and the Claude desktop version and let you know which one you should use and why. But first, my name is Robyn Anderson. My friends call me Jam, and I'm a keynote speaker and owner of the community Club Jam, where we're doing a 6-week training on Claude starting May 4th. So if you wanna join us, I have a link in my bio. Well, let me show you why I think you should use the desktop version to get started. The desktop version is here at Claude.ai, and you just have your chats in here. Whatever you decide to chat about, it'll come up on the side and you can browse your chats. What some people don't know is when you select the desktop, it actually brings your chats into that version as well. So now I'm in my, my desktop version, and you can see here it has Chat, Cowork, and Code. So I can switch through and use my agent, Cowork, or work inside Code as well. And if I click on Chat, all of the chats I was having in my browser are right here in the desktop. So it does translate. The desktop version just gives you more access. You can create files on your computer. You can use Dispatch on your phone and it really becomes more of an agent at that point. So that's why I suggest just always working in the desktop because you have your chat there too, and there's no reason to be in more than one place at one time. So there's so many little details of Claude I can't even tell you, but I will tell you over 6 weeks in Club Jam. So check out my link in bio and you can comment AI below to get more information.
