Robyn Anderson uses Claude Cowork to build marketing funnels in Omnisend automatically. Instead of manually creating segments and workflows for each customer tag, she prompts the AI to do it in real time, eliminating errors and keeping contacts from slipping through.

Y'all keep talking about your AI agents and stuff, but nobody's showing them except for me, and I'm gonna show you another one. So in this one, I'm using Claude Cowork to actually build out funnels for me in Omnisend. So basically I have this big marketing campaign going on for one of my clients, and I had to put in multiple conditions. So if somebody is tagged, they have to go through a different workflow. So it got really complex, and so I decided, hey, I'm gonna have AI do this so I don't let anything fall through the cracks. So here I am in Claude Cowork. So basically it has to create a segment for each tag. So it's going to do that here in my Omnisend. So you can see that it's like kind of highlighted with this red.
