She walks through prompting ChatGPT to search for your info, compile removal links, and use Agent Mode to automatically submit opt-out requests to each site, then set it to check weekly for new exposures.

So what happens when you ask ChatGPT to erase your entire digital footprint off the internet? I tried this, and it actually took me off of hundreds of websites that I never signed up for. So first, you're going to want to open up chat and say, "Search the internet for everything about me. Find every site selling, listing, or sharing my personal information. Then I want you to make a removal list with each website." I want you to then make an opt-out link result list. And you can see that most of these are probably things you've never heard of or signed up for. Now stay in the same chat and say, write a strong removal message that will make each site delete my information. But here's the trick. You're gonna wanna hit this plus button and you're going to select agent mode. And then you're going to say, visit each site and submit the removal request. It'll open up your browser and prepare the entire list while you just sit there. The best part is that you can say, "Check this weekly," and it'll come back and see what changed. And then that's the loop, and it's going to continue to work for you. If you want all of these prompts and to learn more about AI, comment "jam" below, and I'll send you my guide.
