This is my AI tool stack that runs my life and business! 1

Two founders share six AI tools they use daily: ChatGPT with custom GPTs as "AI employees", Claude for consistent email tone, NotebookLM to generate tailored explainer videos from company data, Mocha AI for no-code internal apps, Make.com for automation, and Google AI Studio for prospecting and video creation.

Everybody's talking about AI tools, but nobody's talking about the ones that are actually helping you move the needle in your business.
Here's what I use on a daily basis.
It's just 6 tools, which maybe seems like a lot to you, but once you get these under your belt, it's really not a big deal. So number 1 is ChatGPT, and I mostly use ChatGPT for custom GPTs. So these are trained to be specific AI assistants.
I like to call them my AI employees.
Actually, if you go to the About Us on my website, I even named them and gave them little pictures.
So go do that.
And then I also have a subscription to Claude.
I really, really like Claude because it helps me with my tone of voice and I never have to retrain it.
It never goes off script.
I have it write my email newsletters and my email offer chains. And so that's been a really big help for me as well. Number 3, Notebook LM. This is just so underused by so many people.
I like to use it lately for prospecting.
How I use it for prospecting is I'll actually upload the company or even the person that I'm going after, so their LinkedIn account or maybe their website, and then I'll upload my website or documents about my business or whatever I'm trying to sell, whether it's consulting or an automation or access to ClubJam. And then I'll have it actually create an explainer video on why I would be the perfect partner for them.
This is a super slick way to use NotebookLM and nobody's doing it.
Number 4, Mocha AI. I use Mocha to build my internal apps. So I no longer have subscriptions to things like a CRM or a Typeform or even social media tools because I built my own with Mocha AI.
I just did a video on that yesterday, so you can go back and look and see what that looks like. The next one is make.com.
I use make.com for a couple different reasons, but I do have some really awesome automations around blogs and other things that just need to happen every day that that can be completely hands-free.
So that's what I use Make.com for.
And then finally, Gemini. I use Google AI Studio and Gemini 3 to do more prospecting. I also do it to create videos. I have a client that I'm making insurance videos for, and I'm having a lot of fun using Google AI Studio, Veo Flow, and Gemini.
Okay, I hope that helps and doesn't confuse you too much. I know this is a little bit of a long video.
Go to my link in bio and you can click on all the tools that I just mentioned.
