Robyn Anderson shares a daily AI productivity report showing everything she accomplished using Claude and ChatGPT: a Black Friday funnel, 30 YouTube videos with scripts, a 355-question AI 101 presentation, and dozens of other projects. The tools work well separately but don't integrate, making it tedious to move work between them.
Every day I'm working in Claude and ChatGPT on my business and my clients' work, and every day have my chief of staff run through everything I did in both platforms. And right now I'm going to let you see her give me my daily report. So come along. All right, I had a really busy day. Could you please give me a summary of what I got done today?
Right, all that together.
I like to dance while she does it.
You've done an enormous amount on today. The big thing was committing to YouTube through the end of the year, then building a system to support it. You completed the client site audit, refreshed the webinar ads, and raised the budget. You launched the Black Friday playbook funnel with payment tracking and 4 campaign emails, and delivered the second marketing audit video for the quieter news standard. You also created the 30-video September YouTube plan with real production steps, drafted 5 full scripts, and prepared 20 AI Society posts for the rest of September. Strategy-wise, you finished the Libra member cross-reference, built an AI 101 presentation from 355 audience questions, made a call on an unclear certification partnership, and assessed the Audience Lab reseller opportunity. Still to wrap: pick the URL for the AI 101, send Connie's audit email, decide whether to move ahead with Audience Lab, and schedule the Black Friday emails in November.
Alright, thanks for the recap. I feel like I did a pretty good job today. You really did.
That was a solid, productive day.
Always have to ask for compliments, you know.
Hey, I'll give credit where it's due, even if nudged.
