Three AI roles explained: educators help teams understand and adopt AI, systems integrators implement the technology, and consultants bridge both by shaping policy and tool selection. AI users save 7.5 hours per week on average, widening the gap between skilled and unskilled workers.

Literally no one understands what I do, even when I tell them. So I just want to explain the difference between an AI consultant and AI systems integrator and an AI educator. So I am an AI educator. I focus on the human side of change management and AI adoption for small businesses, teams and professional organizations. AI Systems integrator is bringing in technology into a business to help them use the new AI technology. It's that simple. An AI consultant is kind of helping create that landscape of where the AI meets human. What tools are you going to use? What, what sort of LLMs are you going to use? They'll help you create a governance and policy. And then the AI education side is more about the human side and really understanding where people are in this huge change. Because we're seeing a gap between those who are using AI and those who are not. On average, people who are using AI are saving 7.5 hours per week on whatever it is that they're doing. So you can imagine if you have a team where half the people are upskilled and half the people are not. Those people who are using AI, they're literally getting a day off per week where their colleagues are not. So we're helping close that gap and educate people on AI from a human standpoint and also a non technical standpoint. So hopefully that helps.
