I talk a lot about startup founders having to create the opportunity for opportunity, the opportunity for luck, chance, the opportunity for some magic to happen at some point because it's just a critical part of pretty much every kind of first time entrepreneur's journey and I have a great example of it. I was in Capital Factory in Austin many many years ago incubator accelerator ecosystem incredible for the Austin tech community and comment what I was talking about but I was there with a group of startups and I was there with a senior guy, senior engineer from AMD and a senior marketing guy from AMD and what I asked the room to do or the startups to do was stand up and tell me a minute about something you do in your free time, your passion, your love, something something and then tell me a minute about what you're doing here at Capital Factory and really what I was hoping was to see them both be the same people, stand up and be like.
