If you're a startup founder, I got three questions for you. One, what was the last book you read and when? Two, can you tell me something new that you learned in the last two weeks? And three, what was the last topic? Whatever the topic is that took you on like a rabbit hole deep dive of understanding. If you're not thrilled with your answers, it's okay. It's fine. Maybe it's time to re pick up a habit of reading, of learning and focusing on continuous education. Because I will tell you that a trait of high performing founders is to be insanely curious. And they're huge generalists about the topics they're curious about because they understand that everything connects and they understand that knowledge helps them flex their intellect, flex their critical thinking, flex their brain muscles and ultimately helps them be better performers at work. So it's okay if you don't have great answers, but if you were sitting in front of an angel investor and they asked them, wouldn't you want to have a good answer? It can only help you. Good. L.
