Short YouTube excerpt (James Sinclair) advising potential startup founders that they need leadership skills (team-building, hiring, fundraising, selling) but need not already be a great leader to start; a strong solution to a real problem and clear vision will attract people and allow founders to develop leadership or hire/coaching support.

Not every startup founder is born or is a great leader. You need leadership qualities. You need to be able to hire a team, find a team, build a team. You need to get that team excited about your vision. You need to be able to go out and work out how to sell the product. You know what you're selling, how you're selling, where you're selling. You need to go raise money. Potentially you need leadership qualities but you don't need to be a great leader. If you have a great solution for a great problem, people will see that for what it is and will join your army and you will become a great leader and you will get coaching or you will hire great people around you. But the point is not being a great leader shouldn't be the reason you don't start running and build your company. People are attracted to great great ideas equally to people that can just sell a vision. Good luck.
