You want to know what separates every other founder from a great founder. A great founder knows how to clearly articulate what they have to do to get from here to their next milestone and how they need to do it. That's the difference. And by articulate, I don't mean just being able to reel it off from the top of your head. I mean a written strategy that says these are the goals and requirements for us to get to our next milestone. This is how we have to do it. Step by step, incrementally. And more importantly, the ability to then take that and execute. It doesn't mean that your strategy is going to work. It doesn't mean that even if you execute flawlessly that you're going to get there. But it is the difference between good and great is the ability to articulate and understand exactly who what you have to do to get there. Build a strategy. It's the goal.
