We hadn't won a World cup for 23 years, 24 years. I was 23 at the time, at a World Cup. And we spent so much time, and especially 2010, seeing and understanding what our processes were around the mental space. There's no such thing as a good culture or a bad culture. It's just the culture. The best way to sum it up is when you can ask someone straight away what's expected here and they go bang, bang, bang. When I look back at my career now, it's also still so fresh because I've only just finished. The years that something massive happened in my life were probably the years I played the best rugby. So I think of, of 2017, especially first year Captain the Crusaders. My son was born, purchased a farm. So there was so much going on and I couldn't live in that space every year. But that year I think I played my best rugby because I was fresh for whatever I went into because I was so busy with everything. I'm gonna have a gig. I was reading through the book and I went, God, Sam and I have something in common about high school. We both got suspended. Yeah. Yeah, I'm getting sweaty now. Gonna get the hard questions. But no, I think it's.
