He watches for physical signals like tightness or hesitation, then surfaces the limiting belief underneath. He uses Post-it notes as reminders and says this practice opens new insight, wisdom, and opportunities.

I think the habit that helps me the most is I'm constantly thinking about what I'm believing, right? So I'm constantly asking myself, I'm paying attention to what I'm saying to myself regularly and noticing that if those, if I start to feel tight, if I start to feel overwhelmed, if I start to hold back, I'm immediately trying to figure out, all right, what's the belief that's going on inside. I've conditioned myself. I have Post-it notes, you know, what are you believing right now? Because no matter what level you're at when you're growing, there's always going to be another level of limiting belief that when you bust through it, you know, it gives you more insight, more wisdom, more experience. It leads to new opportunities. You know, that's how we got to connect. And so, you know, that's, that's part of the growth process. So I'm always looking at the what I'm believing.
