You own your body, and that ownership frees you from anxiety. Anxiety isn't permanent. Breathing exercises work better when you're curious about what happens instead of trying to fix yourself.

Truly, the one thing that you actually own in your entire existence is what? Is you, is your body. We are privileged enough to say that. For some people, that's not the case, and we won't go down that path today. But when you start to understand that you're not a slave to your emotions, you're not a slave to your physiology, that anxiety is not, you know, a terminal sentence, and that you can actually shift your experience. Now, I think a lot of people are out there and they're doing the things, they're breathing and they're doing this, they're doing the stuff, but they're not— the intention is wrong. And if, if you ever set out in embodied work anyways with the intention to change something, you're already off course, because the most important thing is that you just get curious about your experience.
