In reality, there is no such thing as the perfect leader. So we're all going to make mistakes. We've all got strengths and weaknesses, and I think sometimes we put too much pressure on ourselves to try and be that perfect thing. And here's the ultimate example, or here's this, here's that, here's the other. And, you know, if we're not careful, we go back to the kind of stuff that we saw in the 16th century.
