What's happened through your years of self leadership? What have you done to really grow your own leadership in life?
You know, honestly, it's about being, remaining teachable. I think when we think we know all the answers and that I can't learn anything more, that's my that's when I'm it's over for me. Right. So to say that, yes, I've made mistakes, I want to correct the mistake, check the ego at the door, and to learn when to pause, you know, the restraint of pen and tongue. I had to learn all that. And also to take care of myself. And a lot of times I'll find myself in a situation where I I just need to pause and I take a breath, look at where my feet are, then I look up and respond. Instead of reaction.
