If you're not challenging or questioning your doctor, that's your gp, you better please do. Don't just assume that they have all the answers. They are general practitioners and we love them and they do great work. However, they're not specialists. Your life is the most important thing to you. Often they've got 15 to 20 minute increments to see you and get you in and out and make sure everything's okay. But please take your health seriously. I've started doing that recently. I have a health coach who's been doing incredible work, blood work, and uncovering things that I did not know were in my system. And I'm so grateful and thankful for them. They have equipped me with the language to go and speak to my GP and get referrals and do the things that will keep me on this planet a little longer. So I'm going to challenge you. If you're not challenging your GP around your health and you're not investigating your own health, please start today. Start by looking at what is in your bloods. Go and get all the bloods done that you need to.
