So what's your approach? Because no doubt you've had things in your life already where they've been disasters. Personally or professionally, what's your approach to responding in times of crisis? How do you think or who do you have around you that help you to respond? I think it's. You slow down in your head a lot, you know, and I don't mean that you sort of slow down and stay cool and blue in your head rather than getting red as such. And the reason is that you've got to think quite calmly and quite clearly and you don't want to panic people around you or catastrophize. And you've got to be able to stay even quite emotionally, even as an individual. Not a shout or a rant or a raver or any of stuff. I just sort of. So, you know, for me, it's about staying calm, staying cool, clear, collected, slow it down, be very, very focused on the task at hand and then get the people around you who are experts and get the best out of a diverse team.
