And during Hell Week, you don't sleep for the entire week. So it's an incredible social experiment, an experiment of mind, body and soul. And you'll run the equivalent of multiple marathons while wet and sandy. And I say that inside and out, that make sure you get the sand on the inside of your clothing so that it plays a nice exfoliation experiment with your body. Just a few layers of skin too deep. Yeah. I mean you swim dozens and dozens of miles in the open, frigid Pacific Ocean. You're on the obstacle course multiple times a day. It's just constant motion, constant beatings, constant running in motion and it, and it never ends. And it's, you know, people are always looking at, you know, why do people quit? And you know, what's really driving them is more physical. Is it more mental? But you know, if you make it too Hell Week, you know, it comes down to really, again, going back to being very, very purpose driven.
