What do you think sport can teach business? A lot? Yeah. It's different, you know, because you've always got to bring context to it. And, you know, businesses operate on, you know, six month or 12 month cycles. We operate on seven days and we're judged every seven days. And it's basically a win or a loss. It's different. But I think what I've learned most in the performance space is that if you can make the complex simple, then you're successful. And I find, incredibly, in business, it's a very complicated minefield of process and protocols and procedures. And we go and when we look at our context, putting those players on the field under pressure, having them make great decisions, it's got to be instinctive. It operates at a very high pace and things happen really quickly, and there's moments that determine outcome.
