A lot of people have value statements and pillars and, you know, all different things that they call it. But you really want to focus on what's most important to you as an entrepreneur and as an owner, because you're the one conveying the message. And if you're not conveying it, and if you're not talking the talk and walking the walk, then you're certainly not going to have a team that's going to follow you and do the same thing 100%.
