Integrity means, you know, saying what you're going to do and then actually doing it. Like everything aligns your words, your actions, your behaviors. What does it mean to you?
You said. Exactly. The perspective I have of it is keeping your word. It's not about perfection. People need to remove that from their mindset. It's about keeping your word as a human being. Right. It's about having integrity. The thing about a mistake is your people will forgive you of whatever mistakes you make as a leader, as long as they have no doubt of your integrity. Once people have no doubt of your integrity, they will be surprisingly strong in their support of they will believe what you say. They will trust and follow you no matter the circumstances. Make integrity the most important thing you attach yourself to.
