Becoming the best version of yourself comes with a lot of goodbyes. That was the amazing Dr. Alex George that shared that recently, and he's right. As you're growing, as you're trying to step up and improve, sometimes it means you're gonna have to say goodbye to people, say goodbye to habits, even to places that you used to love going to. That's the part of growth that's uncomfortable. But for us to grow, we've got to be in discomfort. I know for me, there's been times in my life where I've had major change going through. Divorce was a prime example where things changed rapidly. My social circle changed as well. It's not fun at the time, but as Dr. Alex says, you've got to say goodbye to some of your old life to say hello to your new life. So whatever you're going through right now, stay the course. And know that saying goodbye to things or people or habits is a really positive step forward.
