Short excerpt of a YouTube interview with Hila Oren in which she reflects on leadership, learning from failure, and the loneliness of modern life. She contrasts Israel’s leadership standing with others, emphasizes non‑conventional career paths, and advises attending to red flags and acknowledging communal needs.

Leadership, I think, is a very, very big concept. Israel is almost light years ahead of many other countries. I know how to navigate much better than most men.
I also don't believe it. Now, how did I do it? Not exactly by the rules. Understand that failure is part of your learning.
When you have a red flag that something is not right, stop and don't. Just continue. I believe that we can't go through this life all by our own. Loneliness is the pandemic of this decade. A real leader is someone that says.
