I think the greatest thing anyone can do is figure out in my giftedness and my career passion, how can I serve others. So you say, well, what does that look like? And my job was to equip them with resources they needed money and other talent, their talent and other talent, and let them do their thing. And people created an environment where people can thrive and they can discover who they really are, not just what is their natural giftedness, what makes them excited about getting up in the morning and given an environment where they can discover what's really important in life and how they can serve other people.
