A short transcript excerpt from a YouTube video featuring a conversation between two speakers discussing experiences during Navy SEAL training, focusing on mental fortitude and mentioning David Goggins. The speakers ask about Boat Crew experiences and how the training affected the other’s mental resilience.
You talked about the boat. Boat crew. Along with Goggins there.
So what.
Happened with your mental fortitude? What was your experience during that time? Because I'm sure it was tough.
Well, you can imagine how tough it was on me, having to keep motivating David and keep dragging him along through training because he was crying and sucking his thumb the whole time. Oh, wait, no, that was the. It was the opposite of that. I was trying to help him carry me along so he can thank me for that.
