There was a big craze. It may have died down by now. I hope that it has. But in the United States, we had a big craze. Bulletproof coffee. Remember hearing about that? Of course. Yeah. Dave Asprey. Yep. Everybody wanted to put butter in their coffee, or they wanted to put just a tablespoon of cream in their coffee, or they wanted to put MCT oil in their coffee because, well, all of those fuel sources, butter, MCT oil, cream, they're gonna. You know, there are lots of energy. They're gonna make you feel very energized, but you're taking in a whole lot of energy. Is your body going to burn your body fat if you're having butter in your coffee? No, it's going to burn the fat from your coffee cup. So we want to tap into our own stored fat for fuel, and so we don't put any source of fat or anything like that into our coffee. Even people are like, what about just this much nut milk? No, keep your coffee black.
