I always go back to gratitude. I think that starting your day, there's so much science to that too, of just starting your day with a gratitude list. My devotional, I think, I think really I'm such a systems person. I'm such like, what, you know, my system, my morning routine, for example, is like my, my, that is my time of the day that like sets up. I'm either going to have a good day or I'm not. So making time for like something that fills your cups. Like for me, my devotional every morning, that really sets me up for the day, gets me in the right headspace. Movement also is something that I know sets me up well for the day. Day, right? So prioritizing those things or really making sure those first few hours of your day are— those are when you're the most productive, right? So just really having like some systems first thing in the day, in the morning, that will help you set up, set you up for success to achieve those, those things that you need to do that day.
