When I started that transition and became, you know, dove headfirst into entrepreneurship, regardless of, you know, the growth or things like that in organizations, I tried to build similar cultures where feedback, especially for senior leaders, was not just imperative, but it was mandated. And so that started with me. And yeah, I got some interesting feedback over the years as a business leader. I was like, nevermind, we're not doing that anymore.
