We've been seeing a shift in the role of leaders, and I think it's perfect for today's world. We need leaders that, rather than try to be the hero, that have all the answers or the solutions, we need leaders that are good facilitators. They facilitate the right culture, they facilitate the right conversations. They also know how to facilitate good meetings and conversations with their teams and make sure they provide the right context, because in the end, people know how to do their work. The role of the leader is to set the right directions, provide people the right instruments, technology, resources, and then kind of manage when they need to be involved and when they need to get off the way. Finding that balance as well is great.
