When you have a disengaged workforce. What this means is if, you know, we use the worldwide statistic of 82% of people hate their boss, then that means only about 18% of the people coming into your office every day are working at 100%. There are 82% who are working at a lower rate. They're probably working at 18% of their capacity. And so if you could say, hey, I'm going to pour into my team, I'm going to create a culture that's empowering and encouraging. I'm going to appreciate the people who are here and get rid of people that drag this whole organization down and others around them and we're going to create a place that makes people feel valued and we're going to do work that matters and we're going to raise that 18% of those people working 100% and we're going to get that other, that other group up to maybe 50%. I mean imagine the profitability and productivity that you would, you would do.
