I'll give you one example what I use when we go in and we teach people like on my team. And this isn't. This is tried and true. I do this all the time. Hey, guys. So I'm not here and you have to make a decision and you're concerned about what decision to make or if I'm tied up or you can't. Here's what I want you to do. I want you to look at that list of projects or that decision. I want you to say, hey, what's going to be the biggest thing that's going to make the largest impact and the least amount of time and possibly generate the most money? If you tell me you made a decision based on those criteria, I will never walk in and question the decision you made. So go for it. If I'm not here, I'm busy. I'm out. Or doing things. Teach your team what those things are for you and your organization so they can make a decision and they'll start to feel empowered.
