I thought it was just something I used for socialising, for hanging out or reward. But actually when I was challenged, could I go a year without it? I had a hundred reasons why I didn't want to do it or why it wouldn't be fun, but I did it and it totally changed my life. Was it fun? Not always. Was it challenging? Hell yes. So my challenge to you is, could you go the next week without it? And if you don't think you could, then please do it. Set that as your challenge.
