What are the top three things that people come to you going, like, I've got adhd. What are they? So the people who come to me, usually the people who they forget everything, they've got working memory problems. They're like, if I am in a meeting and somebody says, hey, can you remember to do this thing? I'll say, yeah, 100%. And then I will 100% forget and I will never happen. And you know, that will happen all the time. People who are time blind. So a great way you can see this is if somebody says, how long do you think that project will be? They will usually pull a number out of thin air. And it could be next week, or it could be next month, or it's probably tomorrow. And then the other one is just impulsivity. So people do struggle with impulsivity around kind of wanting to throw everything up in the air every six months. They call it Shiny Object syndrome. It's the colloquial term. And yeah, I've seen that, seen a lot of people taken down by Shiny Object syndrome.
