And then alcohol. You know, people are always like, but I paid for this, I want the free drink. I agree, but you also paid. Let's say you're going on a leisure trip. I could easily be, you know, with a hotel and activities and food. That could be $1,000 a day. So what is the cost of ruining a day of that trip? And obviously if it's business, what is the cost of not performing well? Alcohol does a couple things. One, it can irritate your gut and, and really exacerbate the gut issues. 'Cause alcohol's a bit of a solvent basically. Two, it ramps up your sympathetic nervous system, which then messes with your sleep quality. Your sympathetic nervous system is your fight or flight system. So if you have a whoop or an Oura, or you even just notice it, that your heart beats faster after you're drinking, it's 'cause it activates your sympathetic nervous system. Usually warmer, maybe even sweaty at night if you drink a lot. Again, these same effects. And so we don't wanna be higher stressed and sleeping poorly when we travel.
