We need leaders, first of all from both genders, because I think that men and women are equal in their capabilities, but they are different in their nature and having men and women around the table of decision makers makes the decisions that come out better. So I do suggest always to make sure that we have all genders. I also like also to have youth on in the decision making because young people at the ages of 60, 17, 18, 19, 20 already know so much about their lives and they can share and bring fresh solutions and fresh thoughts and angles to the table that can really make a change in the decision.
